University. He is currently acting as a consultant for the
NSF funded BLOCKS program at the University of Texas.
The teachers and researchers in BLOCKS are assessing
what skills four year olds can attain before they enter
Kindergarten.
Dr. Bob is has been conducting sessions at conferences
and workshops on the science organized around his
experiences with the BLOCKS program. He has taught in
elementary, high school, and junior high school in
addition to being a college professor. His past work has
also included funded projects in water education. He has
traveled extensively and conducted workshops and
worked with children throughout the United States, Asia,
Europe, and Australia.
Robert Williams lives in Belmont Texas on the banks of
the Guadalupe River.

Jaya Harper was born in Austin but lived in South India for thirty years before returning in 2012. During her time in India, Jaya developed a love for children and the understanding that a positive relationship between teacher and student is key to learning. Her unconventional yet rich education took her through a home schooling experience, English Literature at the University of Madras and, more recently, Early Childhood Education at Austin Community College. Jaya has worked with Pre-K students at Children's Discovery Center in Austin since 2013 and has recently taken on the responsibilities of Assistant Director as well.
